Lewis is an accredited advanced clinical practitioner with Health Education England, and a chartered physiotherapist by background. Lewis has first class honours degrees in Sport rehabilitation from the University of Hull and Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University. Lewis has been a registered chartered physiotherapist for the last 8 years and has also achieved a distinction in his master’s in advanced clinical practice, from Sheffield Hallam University in 2022.
Lewis is a registered non-medical prescriber and injection therapist. He currently works within a GP surgery in Sheffield as an advanced clinical practitioner. Lewis is also a supervisor for the first contact physiotherapy team and is a published academic researcher. The injection clinic was established in 2024 and offers specialist musculoskeletal joint injection services. Lewis has a wealth of experience and good links with local healthcare providers and can arrange onward referral if appropriate.
Lewis will work with you to discuss your presenting complaint, discuss the benefits of injection therapy, and provide appropriate follow up following your injection.
